Nice venue, particularly good location not far from a shopping mall, downtown and Pachuca, truly enjoyed our stay. Every staff member was fast and amicable. Our a double room was modern and perfect. Very comfy bed and pillows, there were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe available.

Marvellous location in the center, great services and extremely comfy bed. Just next door to a large mall with shopping and dining options.

The location of Fiesta Inn was perfect for us as we had our own car. It was also a good option for those who don't mind taking an Uber or cab. The internet speed was impressive, with 50/10 mbps. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. We also appreciated the instant hot water in the shower. Additionally, the hotel had a nice pool, although we weren't able to use it on our short one-night stay.

The staff here is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, right next to a big mall with lots of shopping options and close to the city center.

The room itself was well-designed and decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and in-room safe. this place had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The parking lot is not very secure and is shared with the mall area, which might be inconvenient who bring their cars.

That there was no breakfast included, which may be inconvenient for some guests. having to use access cards for everything, from using the elevator to accessing electricity, could be frustrating for those traveling in a group.

We had a fantastic experience during our Easter stay. the hotel staff was extremely helpful and offered us complimentary breakfast and gym access. the location was perfect, close to several shopping centers and a stadium. the highlight of our stay was the bed; it was so comfortable we didn't want to get up in the morning.

Parking was an issue as it was shared with the mall and our car had to stay outdoors all night. the elevators were inconvenient as they were the only way in and out of the building, and guests couldn't use the stairs.
